The order is prepared and sent within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Latvia: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- America/Asia: 2-6 weeks
- DPD / Omniva — to receive your shipment, indicate the required pickup point or your address. (Be sure to provide your mobile phone number to receive a notification about the incoming order) (shipments include a package number, which you can use to track your shipment)
- Latvian Post office - indicate the delivery address, the order will be sent to the nearest post office, where you will receive a notification that your order has arrived
All orders are sent with delivery confirmation, which can be used to track the order. We cannot provide tracking information beyond what is provided by the Latvian postal service.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. When placing an order, please double-check your account and delivery address, as we cannot change the route.
Insurance is NOT included in standard delivery. Customs and import duties are charged by the recipient's country, so the buyer is responsible for them.

RETURN POLICY
Upon receiving and unpacking the order, inspect the product and, if it is found to be damaged or does not match the order, it must be photographed and you must contact us.
The purchased product can be exchanged for an identical product in a different color if the product's original labels and packaging are preserved.
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt; please contact us via email at [email protected].
The withdrawal letter must indicate the order number, the customer's email registered at the time of placing the order, and must include photos of the received goods.
The withdrawal form will be sent within two business days and must be completed within 5 calendar days after sending. The customer is obliged to return the product within 7 days after receiving the withdrawal form.
- The returned product must be in the same quality as at the time of receipt.
- The product must not be used, repaired, or modified.
- Separate orders cannot be returned in one withdrawal.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method the customer used for the transaction or to a bank account.
- Please note that all return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee if the product is damaged during use, handled carelessly, or instructions are not followed, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.
